Paint Night

Our last Paint Night event was a lot of fun with wide range in ages producing personal works of art.  We are holding another event on Sat. Youth Dance

Fall Yoga Session

As the seasons begin to change and the kids head back to school, why not make time for yourself.  Yoga begins this Thursday, Sept 6.  Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for registration yoga begins promptly at 7 p.m.  Anyone who pays for the entire session you receive 2 free classes and a free T-shirt (Make cheques payable to Castleton Sports Club).  To save some time the first night please print out the CSC Fall Session form, fill it out and bring it with you.  Contact booking@castletonsportsclub.ca if you have any questions.

Corn Roast

The Castleton Corn Roast is being held today at the Sports Fields in partnership with the Colborne Lions.  This is a family friendly event with live music and carriage rides plus more.  The event runs from 3:00 to 6:00.  If you have some time to donate today please contact either Kevin or Marc to see how you can help.  Even an hour will go a long way.  The Sunday Night Mixed League is playing, so if you are able please leave your car at home.  Parking space is limited. CASTLETON CORN ROAST!

We need your assistance

We recognize that a great number of users of the park do not participate in any organized sports.  For those users, could you please help us out by taking a moment to pick up a bit of the trash the inevitably gets left on the ground?  Sadly not everyone takes a moment to dispose of waste properly. Treasurer Position

UPDATE:  Due to health issues our current treasurer will be stepping down at our next meeting scheduled for Mon. June 18.  If you could help please contact a member of our organization   Our current treasurer has tendered her resignation, effective Aug 31, 2018.  She is willing to help the new candidate transition into the role.  If you can start sooner she will work with you to help get you started.  The position does include the use of a laptop.  Please contact either Liz or Kevin.

Coach Needed for U6

Apologies to all but this year has been a challenge for everyone involved with minor sports. The start of soccer was was delayed due to issues in other centres but all age groups should begin this week. We are in desperate need of a couple of U6 coaches. The volunteer we had doesn’t feel comfortable being the coach but is willing to help. Contact us ASAP if you can help
