Yoga classes at the Castleton Town Hall will begin Monday September 12. Laura will be back leading class. Laura’s classes are geared to all skill levels. The season will be 13 classes total. The steal of season…. $100 for the whole shebang! That’s 3 free classes but unfortunately there will be no makeup classes if there is an early season snow cancellation. Last class of this season is December 19. If you want to get in on the deal come to the Castleton Town Hall Monday September 12 a little early with a $100 cheque payable to Castleton Sports Club (or cash). Doors will open at 6:30 for registration. Otherwise $10 drop in rate will still apply. Please bring a yoga mat and water. Contact Tracey if you would like more information at [email protected]. Forms will be available on Tuesday but to make registration more efficient please print out the the Whole Shebang form and bring your payment to the hall.

Yes every Monday at 7:00 sharp, except Thanksgiving and Halloween Class is 1 hour. We had a great turnout last night and Laura as always lead a great class.
